All items displayed are ready to ship and orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping is usually within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping services are provided through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Priority Mail Express is also available at checkout.

All items are dropped off at the United States Postal Service within the stated order processing timeline. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, transportation issues, or USPS service interruptions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within Massachusetts in accordance with state law. Orders shipped to other states will not be taxed at checkout.

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase at designsbylorrainet@gmail.com. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already shipped.
